40 ml Maestror

100 ml chilled ginger ale

A squeeze of fresh lime juice

Ice cubes

Lime wedge or zest, to garnish

Recipe

Start by filling a highball or large glass with plenty of ice cubes, letting them reach near the top. Pour the Maestror rum over the ice, then squeeze in the juice of half a lime, allowing it to mix naturally with the rum.


Slowly pour the chilled ginger ale into the glass so it blends gently without losing its fizz. Take a long spoon or stirrer and give the drink a gentle stir, just enough to combine the ingredients evenly.


Finish by taking a lime wedge or twist, express its oils over the surface of the drink, and drop it in as a garnish.


Serve immediately, while the ice keeps the cocktail perfectly cold and refreshing. Enjoy!
