After this period or at the customer’s request, the data will be deleted. The customer cannot claim access to the data after the retention period has expired.
The duration of data retention depends on various factors, and ADM beverages may, at its discretion and for any reason, decide to retain or delete collected data. The customer cannot take action against this, and once data is deleted, it cannot be retrieved.
ADM beverages will take measures to store data as securely as possible, but as no security measure is perfect or impenetrable, ADM beverages cannot be held liable if the security of the data is not perfect or impenetrable. The customer must ensure that they do not use insecure channels when transmitting or sharing data or information with us. If the customer becomes aware of an insecure situation, they must immediately notify ADM beverages.
Article 5: Customer Rights
Based on applicable legislation, customers may exercise certain rights regarding the data collected and processed by us.
These rights include, among others, requesting access to and information about their data, requesting rectification, verification, or supplementation of their data, objecting to the processing of their data, withdrawing their consent, and requesting the deletion of their data... Customers can easily exercise these rights by sending an email to ADM beverages. In such cases, ADM beverages may request a copy of the requester’s identity card.
However, customers must exercise their rights in accordance with the applicable legal provisions and cannot assert manifestly unreasonable or excessive rights.
Article 6: Nullity and Additions
If an article or part of an article or multiple articles of this privacy policy are deemed null or incomplete, the remaining provisions remain applicable, and the null or incomplete parts will be supplemented by the applicable privacy legislation.
